Terms of Service

Version 1 · Last updated 11 September 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of i45G websites, applications, learning platforms, assessments, workshops, programmes and related services.

i45G is a trade name of Bhagath Singh Karunakaran. In these Terms, “i45G”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bhagath Singh Karunakaran trading as i45G.

By creating an i45G account, purchasing a service directly from us, or using an i45G service made available to you, you agree to these Terms where they apply to you.

Participation in a programme arranged by your school, college, university, employer or another organisation may also be governed by an agreement between that organisation and i45G. Where programme-specific terms are more specific than these general Terms, those programme-specific terms apply to that programme.

1. What i45G provides

i45G provides educational programmes, workshops, assessments, learning platforms, mentoring, advisory services and related technology-enabled services.

Different programmes may have different eligibility requirements, duration, content, fees, assessment methods, attendance requirements and progression rules. Those details may be stated in a programme description, registration page, quotation, order, institutional agreement or other programme-specific communication.

We may improve or modify programme content, exercises and delivery methods where doing so does not materially remove a service that has already been purchased or promised.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and keep information that materially affects your eligibility reasonably current.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must not knowingly share passwords, OTPs, authentication tokens or other account credentials with another person.

Our platform is intended for direct account creation by people aged 18 or above.

A person under 18 may participate only through an arrangement established with a school, college, university or other authorised Partner through which the required institutional and parental or guardian permissions are handled.

A person known to us to be under 18 may not independently enrol in or purchase a paid i45G programme through the platform unless an appropriate parent, lawful guardian or institutional arrangement permits it.

3. Institution-sponsored programmes

A school, college, university, employer or other organisation may arrange an i45G programme for its students, staff or members.

That organisation may determine eligibility, nominate participants, provide required participant information and receive the results or reports agreed for the programme.

Participation in such a programme does not automatically create permission for i45G to market unrelated programmes to you.

The treatment of personal data in institution-sponsored programmes is explained in our Privacy Policy and any programme-specific privacy notice.

4. Assessments and learning activities

i45G assessments, diagnostic exercises, reflections, quizzes and similar activities are principally educational tools.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, an i45G assessment is not a university examination, professional certification, recruitment examination or legally recognised academic qualification.

Assessment results represent performance in the particular exercise and context in which they were obtained. They do not guarantee admission, employment, academic success, promotion, placement, business results or any other future outcome.

Where assessment results contribute to selection for an i45G programme, sponsorship or progression opportunity, we may use objective criteria together with human review.

You must not impersonate another participant, submit another person’s work as your own, interfere with an assessment, circumvent assessment-integrity mechanisms, or intentionally provide false information intended to manipulate a result.

5. AI-assisted features

Some i45G services may use software or artificial intelligence to assist with activities such as scoring, analysing responses, identifying patterns, summarising feedback or preparing draft reports.

AI-generated or AI-assisted results may contain errors and are subject to appropriate human review where they contribute to a meaningful programme conclusion.

i45G does not intend an automated system, acting by itself, to make consequential decisions about admission, employment, academic qualification or comparable opportunities.

How personal information is handled when AI-assisted tools are used is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your submissions

You retain ownership of original material you create and submit, such as written reflections, answers, feedback, project descriptions or portfolio material, subject to any rights belonging to other people.

You give i45G the limited right to store, process, reproduce and analyse that material as reasonably necessary to provide the programme, assessment or service for which it was submitted and to meet the purposes explained in the applicable Privacy Policy or programme notice.

This does not give i45G permission to use an identifiable photograph, video, quotation, testimonial or personal story for advertising merely because you participated in a programme. Where such permission is needed, we request it separately.

Properly anonymised and aggregated information may be used to understand programme effectiveness, improve our educational methods and report overall outcomes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must use i45G systems lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users or compromise the platform.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, databases or systems; probe or bypass security controls without written authorisation; introduce malicious software; scrape or extract personal information about other users; deliberately overload or disrupt the service; impersonate another person; use the service for unlawful harassment, fraud or abuse; or reproduce protected programme material beyond the permissions given to you.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits legitimate security research or interoperability activity that applicable law expressly permits, but you must not test i45G production systems without our prior written authorisation.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect participants, institutions, the service or its security.

8. Intellectual property

Except for material supplied by users or third parties, the i45G website, platform, programme structure, original teaching materials, graphics, software, assessments and other original content are owned by i45G or used under licence.

Access to an i45G programme gives you a personal, limited right to use the provided material for the purpose for which access was granted.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not commercially reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish or create a competing content library from i45G programme material.

You may make reasonable personal notes and retain material that we expressly provide for download or continuing personal study.

9. Fees, payments, cancellations and refunds

Some i45G services are free and others require payment.

Where payment is required, the applicable fee, taxes, payment schedule and any cancellation or refund terms will be stated in the relevant programme offer, registration page, quotation, invoice or institutional agreement.

Those programme-specific commercial terms form part of these Terms for that purchase.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. i45G does not store your complete card or bank credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Third-party services

An i45G service may contain links to, integrations with or content provided by third parties.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them may create a separate relationship between you and that provider.

A link to a third-party service does not by itself mean that i45G endorses everything offered by that service.

11. Facebook and Meta sign-in

Where we offer authentication through Facebook or another Meta service, Meta may authenticate you and provide i45G with the information you have authorised it to provide.

Your relationship with Meta is governed separately by Meta’s terms and policies.

Using Meta authentication does not transfer ownership of your i45G account or programme information to Meta.

You may disconnect i45G from your Meta account, and you may request deletion of information held by i45G using the instructions at:

Additional details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy:

Some programmes may also provide a programme-specific privacy notice explaining exactly what information is required, why it is being collected and how results will be shared.

Where consent is required for a particular use of personal data, agreeing to these Terms is not intended to replace that consent.

13. Service availability

We aim to make our digital services reliably available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, internet failure, third-party infrastructure failure, security incidents, equipment problems or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

Where a material paid service cannot be delivered because of an issue within our reasonable control, we will use reasonable efforts to restore the service or provide an appropriate alternative.

14. Educational and advisory nature of the service

Educational material is provided to develop understanding, skills and judgement.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, i45G material does not constitute legal, financial, medical, investment or regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for decisions you make using knowledge gained through our programmes.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user has materially breached these Terms, compromised platform security, impersonated another person, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created a material risk to other participants or the service.

Where circumstances reasonably permit, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the problem before permanent termination.

Termination does not automatically erase records that must be retained for legal, contractual, institutional, security or financial purposes. Data deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.

16. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.

Educational outcomes depend on many factors outside i45G’s control, including participation, prior knowledge, effort, circumstances and decisions made by the participant or institution. We therefore do not guarantee a particular academic, employment, business or financial result.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, i45G will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant service was provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, technology or legal obligations change.

The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.

Where a material change affects an existing paid programme or materially changes an existing user’s obligations, we will provide reasonable additional notice rather than relying solely on the publication of a revised webpage.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from using a statutory complaint, consumer-dispute or other remedy available under applicable law.
